Contract Specialists Ltd was founded in July 1995 by Mr. William Bezar. For over 35 years, Bill and his associates have helped companies obtain GSA and DoD approved contracts. Mr. Bezar is the originator of the concept of proposals for GSA/FSS Multiple Award Schedule contracting. He and his staff have worked with small and large suppliers providing professional services and support to the GSA, the DoD, and other groups within the federal government.
